This post talks about how to protect eyes during computer use, or how to avoid eyes tiredness while using the computer. People spend too much time in front of computer and phone screen, especially those who use them frequently, whether for work or other use. To avoid dry eyes during using computer, doctors advise users to use good lighting and sit a proper distance from the computer screen.
