My Journey With Google Adsense Approval and How I Got Approved
Nowadays it’s not easy to get Google AdSense Approval. Only high-quality websites have access to the network. AdSense is the best advertising network in the world due to many factors. One, it serves high-quality ads related to the visitor’s preferences. Second, It offers contextual ads, which mean if the post talks about ‘how to prepare pizza’ the visitors would only see ads related to the context of the post. Third, AdSense is the best paying network. It pays you well and better than other advertising networks.
It is a truth universally acknowledged, one of the first aims that every newbie blogger would like to achieve is AdSense Approval. That’s the only way of getting easy money for a newbie blogger.
My journey with Google AdSense approval lasts for 3 months. Yes, guys, it took me 90 days to get approved by the system. The first time I applied for the account I got rejected due to lack of unique content. I was disappointed! The second time was because of unique content and some issues in the website design and SEO. The third time I applied, I knew that I would be accepted. You know why? Simply because I doubled my efforts and I wrote some unique SEO friendly posts each has more than 600 words. That’s the secret behind getting an AdSense Account. [Write long friendly SEO posts.]
Google AdSense Approval requires Unique Content
Of course, In Addition to writing long posts, there are some other things that should be taken into consideration. First and foremost, Content, Content and Content. Provide unique content.
Write about the topics that you really love. In other words, ask yourself ‘what niche I do love to write on?’ Once you find out the right niche, believe me, you will love what you blog for. As a blogger, you must Share what you learn with others, therefore, spreading the knowledge.
If you think that you will get AdSense Approval only by providing too many posts, then you are wrong. The first time I applied for an AdSense account, my blog had around 100 posts. But that wasn’t enough to get approved. You know why? Because they were not SEO friendly posts. The third time I applied for the account my blog had about 40 Posts. All of them were good from the term of SEO. And this played an important role to get approved by the network.
What I’m trying to say here is: don’t bother yourself writing too many posts, this doesn’t raise the chances of being one of the network publishers. I know some dudes who got approved only by providing 20 friendly SEO posts.
AdSense Approval requires a Good Website design
As I said above, AdSense disapproved my website due to design issues and here is how to avoid facing the same issue.
- Add a Meta tag description of the website.
- Use a simple, good looking template
- The template design of the blog should be clear and easy to navigate.
- Don’t use too many colors.
- Use two main colors.
- Don’t use eyes hurting colors as yellow.
- Use one main navigation menu; make it clear and easy to navigate.
- Add top menu in which you add pages as contact us, about us and privacy and policy.
- Add the social bar to the right sidebar, the footer or at the top of the template.
- It would be nice if you can use a beautiful logo (eye catching logo)
Avoid publishing Cracked tools
Read this carefully: giving serials of programs or publishing posts on cracked tools as win programs, Android Apps and operating systems keys/serials is against the terms of use of AdSense.
AdSense doesn’t approve blogs that provide modded apps or APK files, unless if you get the programmer’s right to do so. However, it would be better to avoid sharing them. By providing them to the public, AdSense won’t approve your blog.
Don’t provide torrent trackers or anything related to torrent.
While writing a post on an app or a desktop tool, keep in mind that you should always respect the rights of the publishers. Here is how to do it: At the end of any post add ‘source’ by which you refer visitors to the publisher website.
Don’t be in a rush, Be Patient!
When you apply for an AdSense account you should wait until you get an email. In which AdSense states that you have to implement a code in the header of your template. Once you do it, an AdSense Agent will check your website. (This might take around 3 up to 30 days; it depends on how you implement the code and the number of visits you get a day)

If the website WOWs the agent, in other words, if the agent loves your website you will get an AdSense approval email says – congratulations you are now connected to the network. If the website doesn’t impress the agent, you will get an email says – unfortunately, we didn’t approve your website… please fix these things before you apply again.
Once you managed all the issues, don’t apply again in a week or two. Give the system a break and apply once again after a complete 30 days. (this is what I had done and I’m sure that it helped me to get AdSense Approval.
Additional info
It is noteworthy to mention that you as a blogger should write on the topics that you like. Tell who are in a short bio and add it below the content of the posts or to the right sidebar.
Don’t forget to add a page allows visitors to contact you if they want to. Privacy and policy page is a necessity; by adding it you inform the visitors that you won’t use their personal info in business. It also helps you to clarify the terms of use of the blog content.
Concerning Google Account, don’t apply before you have a verified one. (Using your phone number, you can verify your account.) You must also provide the right and exact information about who you are including your name, the exact home address, upload your pic as the main Google Profile Picture, provide your phone number, your website address and everything proves you are a real human. This raises the chances of getting an AdSense approved account.
Note: I wrote this post starting from my own experience with AdSense. I hope that you found it useful and helpful. If you need any help or you have any question, please don’t hesitate to write down in the comment section or use contact form. Good luck with AdSense
